The Role

We’re hiring a senior Demand Gen to co-build our SLG (sales-led growth) motion alongside the CMO. This is a pivotal role where you’ll own the entire field + digital demand engine—running ABM campaigns, managing high-impact events and conferences, and driving net-new pipeline through paid channels and marketing ops.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and design to craft full-funnel GTM programs that convert awareness into revenue.

What You’ll Do

Events & Field Marketing

  • Own event strategy and execution—from major industry conferences to curated VIP roundtables and executive dinners
  • Run field activations in partnership with sales and product, with a focus on high-touch experiences that convert
  • Plan and manage booth presence, sponsored talks, giveaways, and post-event nurture

Campaigns & Pipeline

  • Launch and optimize multi-channel programs to drive qualified pipeline across verticals and personas
  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)—budget, copy, targeting, creative
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to build persona-specific landing pages, nurture flows, and CTAs

Account-Based Marketing

  • Design and execute ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers
  • Use tools like 6sense, Clearbit, Mutiny, Apollo, or RollWorks to personalize buyer journeys and retarget warm accounts
  • Align with SDRs and AEs to map key accounts, customize outreach, and drive pipeline velocity

Marketing Ops & Measurement

  • Set up and optimize the demand gen stack—including HubSpot, Webflow, attribution tools, and analytics
  • Define and track KPIs across channels: CPL, CAC, conversion rate, pipeline velocity, ROAS, and more
  • Work closely with RevOps to maintain data hygiene and ensure lead-to-revenue alignment

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 5–8 years of demand gen experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at high-growth or category-creating companies
  • Have built and owned pipeline-generation programs from scratch
  • Are a tactical executor and strategic thinker—you can both run the ad and build the budget
  • Understand how to align messaging, persona, and channel to move deals down funnel
  • Are confident navigating HubSpot, Webflow, paid ad platforms, enrichment tools, and dashboards
  • Are curious, scrappy, and highly experimental—you want to build, not just manage

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in AI, dev tools, or GTM for technical buyer personas
  • Background running co-marketing programs with partners or platforms
  • Past role involved field marketing or executive event strategy

Compensation Range: $150K - $196K
