Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will supervise a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure accurate application of employment regulations and organizational policies.
- You will develop and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with organizational goals, advising leadership on effective talent acquisition strategies.
