Position Summary
We are seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to support AT&T tower-based construction activity across the Eastern Pennsylvania (EPA) market. This role will be responsible for overseeing schedule, budget, safety, and quality for wireless telecom infrastructure projects—primarily involving the MCA project, which focuses on maintenance, repair, and component replacement at AT&T cell sites.
You will manage contractors, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, telecom construction experience, and the ability to analyze drawings, track costs, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Location: Eastern PA (Central PA, South-Central PA, Lehigh Valley)
Type: 6-Month+ Contract (Potential for Direct Hire)
Pay Rate: $38.46 - $48.08/hr (Equivalent to $80K-$100K annual)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start time flexible (as early as 6:30 AM)
Work Type: Field-based role (not remote) - mix of home office, walking sites, and office presence
Travel: Local (standard mileage and overnight expenses covered)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions)

You will manage contractors, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, telecom construction experience, and the ability to analyze drawings, track costs, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce job site safety plans and stop work for unsafe conditions
- Monitor and manage the construction schedule, scope, quality, and budget
- Provide on-site project analysis; escalate changes as needed
- Serve as liaison between client engineering teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Install and enforce quality programs to meet AT&T specifications
- Track purchase orders, reconcile costs, and manage financial close-out
- Lead subcontractor calls and reporting efforts
- Analyze construction documentation (drawings, structural analysis, reports)
- 4+ years of experience in wireless/tower-based telecom construction
- Recent AT&T experience in the EPA market (required)
- Familiarity with the MCA project strongly preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups, large datasets)
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Experience managing budgets, subcontractor payments, and reporting
- Ability to understand construction documents and engineering reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Engineering or technical degree
- Experience with construction managers, general contractors, and field teams
- Organizational excellence and multitasking ability under high volume
