Job Summary:

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle for seasonal workwear, collaborating with various teams to ensure the products meet quality, cost, and performance goals while exceeding user expectations.


Responsibilities:

• Own the seasonal workwear product line from concept through commercialization, ensuring every product is delivered on time and meets quality, cost, and performance goals.

• Write clear, insight-driven briefs that solve end user problems and deliver value innovation.

• Partner with Design and Development to create distinctive, functional, and reliable product solutions.

• Align with Merchandising and Sales to build a line that supports seasonal strategies and drives growth.

• Manage the product creation process in Centric PLM, track timelines, organize information, and ensure accuracy.

• Guide fabric and trim selection, including FR/ARC and non-FR options, with a strong point of view on cost, function, and standards.

• Serve as a product expert and resource for internal teams and customer partners, leading product training, presenting at line reviews, and supporting sell-in.

• Coordinate field testing and feedback sessions with end users to validate performance and fit.

• Analyze product performance and recommend improvements or new opportunities to keep the line evolving.

• Navigate multiple product calendars and delivery requirements, keeping everything on track and on time.


Qualifications:


Required:

• 5+ years of product management experience in apparel; industrial/workwear or FR apparel a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of textiles, garment construction, fit, and global manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with technical and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, NFPA, ANSI standards).

• Comfortable working in PLM (Centric preferred), Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable presenting product to internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and end-user testing.
