Healing Rock Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Billings, Montana. We are committed to providing evidence-based, culturally competent care to individuals on their journey toward mental health and recovery.
About The Role
As a therapist at Healing Rock Recovery, you’ll provide individual and group therapy to clients participating in our outpatient and residential programs. You will be part of a collaborative care team supporting adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

About The Role
As a therapist at Healing Rock Recovery, you’ll provide individual and group therapy to clients participating in our outpatient and residential programs. You will be part of a collaborative care team supporting adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Qualifications
- Active Montana license or license-eligible as one of the following:
- LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) or other relevant credential
- Preference for clinicians with a mental health focus to meet the needs of our co-occurring population.
- Experience working with trauma, co-occurring disorders, or recovery-oriented populations preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Participate in treatment planning and documentation in accordance with state and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with the clinical director, medical staff, and recovery support team
