The Role: Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist at Binson’s, you’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in both retail and home settings, helping them breathe easier and live better. From setting up PAP equipment to providing ongoing support and education, you’ll play a key role in improving respiratory health and patient confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered or registry-eligible with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Indiana
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
  • A positive attitude and a genuine love for patient care
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipment
  • Set up and support ventilator supplies
  • Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety
  • Provide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settings
  • Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patients
  • Be the go-to for all things respiratory—whether it’s troubleshooting equipment or offering guidance
  • Recommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach care
  • On-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hours
  • Work closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binson’s teammates to ensure smooth care
  • Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients
