Summary Of Role
The Materials Coordinator II plays a critical role in supporting the seamless flow of materials across the organization from suppliers, through production, and ultimately to our customers. This position is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, inventory control, and shipping. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with CHAP standards, FDA regulations, and infection control protocols related to Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
This individual will support multiple departments across the organization and is accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory records both physically and within our ERP system and processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom/warehouse environment.
- Perform daily receiving, inventory issuance, and shipping activities with high accuracy and traceability.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and ensure reconciliation of any variances.
- Partner with Cost Accounting to investigate and resolve work order discrepancies and manage reconciliation of aged work orders.
- Support cross-functional departments including Clinical, Commercial, Facilities, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with CHAP standards and infection control protocols in the storage, handling, and internal transport of DME.
- Maintain accurate records and labeling to support regulatory audit readiness and inventory traceability.
- Deliver DME to designated decontamination areas in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform all relevant ERP data entry and transaction logging, ensuring alignment with training and SOPs.
- Adhere to GMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality system procedures as defined the training matrix.
- Uphold corporate confidentiality and contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a regulated environment (medical device, biotech).
- Strong understanding of CHAP standards, infection control practices, and DME handling protocols.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative.
- Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
