Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—for a variety of roles across creative, media, and other departments.
- Creative talent sourcing: Leverage your knowledge of the creative space to find, engage, and build relationships with top talent.
- Expand into generalist recruiting: Support hiring efforts across media, strategy, production, and operations as business needs evolve.
- Candidate experience: Deliver a thoughtful, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the process. We need your POV and your passion to make exceptional experiences.
- Partnership with hiring teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help shape the recruiting strategy to find the right fit.
- Networking: Proactively build and maintain connection with talent for current and future roles. If rolodex still existed, you'd have one.
- Team collaboration: Partner with HR and the broader talent team to support our hiring goals and bring in best-in-class talent across disciplines.
- Brand ambassador: Represent BARKLEYOKRP in the talent marketplace, helping tell our story and attract candidates who align with our values and creative vision.
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on creative or marketing roles; agency experience is required.
- Adaptability: Comfortable recruiting across multiple disciplines (creative, media, and beyond), and excited to learn and grow within the role.
- Sourcing skills: Proficient in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, creative platforms (e.g., Behance, Working Not Working), and other digital tools.
- Relationship builder: Skilled at connecting with candidates and building trust quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple open roles at once and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Strong communicator: Clear, professional communication style with candidates and internal teams.
- Passion for creative industries: An appreciation for great creative work and the people behind it.
