What You’ll Be Doing
This role is required to provide comprehensive, proactive, and highly confidential administrative support to the Head of Shell Energy Trading Market Risk and The Head of PDS, Market Risk Operations, and Quantitative Analytics. T&S is fast-paced and frequent changes to schedules and priorities are normal; applicants need to be comfortable with balancing multiple demands, providing timely responses and overall working in this type of environment. The role-holder will also provide administrative support for the Heads of Risk respective teams in the remaining time available.

The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $82,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.
Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives. For interns, eligible benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs; participation in a 401(k) plan; and paid leave for up to 11 paid holidays. What You Bring
- Eligible to work without sponsorship
- Diary management: Coordinating and scheduling both internal and external meetings while considering the practicalities of location and participants' time zones. Additionally, ensuring adequate preparation time for meetings and incorporating breaks and meals into the schedule.
- Coordinating and securing travel arrangements (often long-haul and complex), meetings, workshops, and team social events, including communication with all relevant parties.
- Assistance with budget management (e.g., payment orders and invoices), monitoring and claiming expenses
- Providing support with presentations, meeting preparations, and other documents by coordinating with relevant parties for the collection and preparation of information.
- Building and maintaining a network of contacts across T&S to ensure an effective and efficient working environment. The role will involve coordination with other assistants around the globe for leadership team meetings etc.
- Managing arrangements for visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds, including meetings both on-site and off-site, as well as social functions.
- Able to manage confidential information in a professional manner
- Maintaining up-to-date email distribution lists for global teams
