What You’ll Do

This position will handle recruiting functions for Alexander Youth Network working closely with the Human Resources Director. The Recruiter will be responsible for the strategic recruitment of administrative, clinical and behavioral health talent in an extremely competitive market. This position will be responsible for tasks and deliverables that are integral to the strategic goals of the organization. Some of the responsibilities of this role include managing full life-cycle recruiting, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and presenting job offers to candidates. The Recruiter participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, develops and maintains candidate networks, and leverages online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify qualified candidates.

A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Up to15% travel will be required. This is a Hybrid position.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must have 1-3 years’ experience with direct recruitment

Proficiency in MS Office;

E xtensive knowledge of HR policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Must have an NC or SC Driver's License

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Ability to make sound judgments on job-related matters, works with minimal supervision, demonstrates initiative and manages multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement. Proven organizational skills – be willing to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced challenging environment. Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity is critical. Ability to maintain/manage confidential information. Must be a team player with demonstrated team experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
