Who You Are
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, possessing at least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. As a proactive and strategic leader, you excel at identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and direct outreach. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. With a knack for building strong relationships, you establish and maintain connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Additionally, you are an analytical thinker who leverages data and metrics to inform your recruiting strategies and continuously improve processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving our next stage of growth by building and leading our talent acquisition team, including overseeing a direct report.

What You Will Do
- Leadership & Strategy : Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and talent needs.
- Full Cycle Recruiting : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Sourcing Candidates : Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing techniques, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Phone Screens : Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management : Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining and improving the recruitment process.
- Miscellaneous : Other recruiting and HR admin duties as required.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
