The Cybersecurity Analyst plays a crucial role in our SOC team by supporting the continuous monitoring, detection, and response activities to protect our clients from cybersecurity threats. This position is geared towards individuals with a foundational technical background and a keen interest in advancing their career in cybersecurity.
What You’ll Own
- In-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools and techniques
- Understanding of threat intelligence concepts and applications
- Proficient understanding of network architecture, traffic analysis, common network attacks, and defense mechanisms
- Solid understanding of endpoint security solutions, operating system hardening techniques, and device-level attack indicators
- Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals, shared responsibility models, and common cloud security controls
- Knowledge of incident response procedures and methodologies
- Familiarity with different attack methods and tactics
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, etc)
- Basic digital forensics concepts
What we’re looking for

- Security tool configuration and tuning
- Threat hunting techniques
- Incident investigation
- Development of detection content
- Client communication during security events
- 4-7 Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or related field
- CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, Microsoft SC-200, MITRE ATT&CK for Security Operations, MITRE ATT&CK for Adversary Emulation or BLT1
