We're seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive the identification, development, and management of key alliances that contribute to our company's growth and market expansion. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll be instrumental in forging impactful relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Proactively research and assess potential strategic partners, including technology providers, distributors, and industry organizations, that align with our growth strategies.
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Create comprehensive strategies for engaging, developing, and maximizing the value of new and existing partnerships, focusing on mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Lead Partnership Negotiations: Drive the negotiation of complex partnership agreements, including terms, scope, and revenue models, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Cultivate and Nurture Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee Partnership Execution and Performance: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, engineering) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives and monitor their performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
- Drive Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing and sales programs, product integrations, and other initiatives to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and refine existing strategies.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates and reports on partnership pipeline, progress, and performance to senior leadership, including revenue forecasts and strategic impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully developing and scaling high-impact partnerships.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex negotiation and contract management, with a history of securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external executives.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify market opportunities, assess partner potential, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Deep understanding of autonomous and robotic systems technologies, and the ability to articulate their value proposition to diverse audiences. Experience with UAS/UGV is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced scale-up environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required.
