This high-impact, hands-on leadership role will drive national expansion, cultivate executive client partnerships, and build high-performing teams. In addition to growing the core practice, this leader will expand Direct Hire services across W3Global's portfolio of companies, ensuring scalability, alignment, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a national growth strategy for the Direct Hire Practice
- Develop tailored client solutions that support workforce planning and long-term hiring needs
- Lead business development and expand market presence across key industries
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships at the executive level
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
- Scale Direct Hire capabilities across affiliated W3Global entities
- Lead business growth by tracking key metrics, financial goals, and client satisfaction to improve performance and scale effectively.
- Stay current on market trends and innovations
- 10+ years of experience in direct hire staffing, executive search, or consulting focused on enterprise clients
- Proven success in launching or leading a high-growth staffing or consulting practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire distributed teams
- Established C-suite client relationships and strong business development record
- Financial acumen and experience with performance and revenue management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience in a globally scaled business environment.
- Industry expertise in technology, healthcare, finance, engineering, or related sectors
- Experienced with Talent Management systems, including ATS platforms, CRM tools, and AI-driven sourcing technologies.
- Expertise in domestic and international service expansion
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
