Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for technicians, service staff, and office personnel
• Partner with management to foster a high-performance culture
• Handle benefits administration and employee records
• Support health & safety programs specific to an automotive environment
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive sectors
• Dealer Track and/or Isolved experience helpful
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
