What You'll Do

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for acquiring a company’s various suppliers, including locating key suppliers, negotiating the company’s purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the company’s specifications.

What We're Looking For

  • Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
  • Source raw materials to ensure availability for customer orders.
  • Stay up to date on supply chain concerns and market trends.
  • Negotiate pricing on high volume raw materials.

Skills That Make a Difference

  • High School / GED is required. A degree in Business is a plus.
  • 1 to 3 year of procurement training or experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal experience.
  • Must be able to handle multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
