Description

Graham Capital Management L.P. is seeking a Facility Director to join our Facilities team. The Facilities Director will oversee the strategic planning, design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of the firm's properties. Reporting to the Managing Director of Firm Operations, this individual will lead and manage the facilities team – including a, building engineer, electrician/mechanic, and maintenance generalist – to ensure all properties operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with firm standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets and long-term facilities plans aligned with the firm's growth trajectory and operational objectives
  • Oversee the performance of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management infrastructure
  • Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee contractors involved in facility-related projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of services with minimal disruption to business operations
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Oversee contracted service providers such as security, food service, janitorial, fitness center, and landscaping
  • Serve as liaison with building management teams at all GCM facilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in facilities and team management
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Well versed in Disaster Recovery methodology and implementation
  • Familiar with data center operations
  • Experience with landlord leases
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Base Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
