As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us build on our legacy.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and manage the performance of the sales staff to meet volume and customer satisfaction goals.
Coach and Train: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance and compliance with dealership processes.
Customer Engagement: Assist with escalated customer interactions and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Manage Sales Processes: Monitor and optimize sales workflow, desking deals, and ensuring efficient operations.
Oversee CRM Usage: Ensure effective use of automotive CRM tools such as VinSsolutions to track leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the General Manager and Inventory Manager to maintain an optimal mix of new and used vehicles.
Drive Results: Contribute to the dealership’s bottom line by driving unit sales and developing a strong, motivated sales culture.

Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales and team leadership (Sales Manager or F&I Manager preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive CRM platforms (VinSsolutions and DealerTrack is a plus)
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
A results-driven attitude with the ability to lead by example
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Must be available for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
