About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join our team, where you will collaborate closely with senior engineers to develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions. This role is perfect for an individual with 6-10 years of software engineering experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain backend APIs and services
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews and team discussions to enhance code quality and architecture.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices related to software development, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within the team, communicating clearly with peers and managers while contributing consistently to team success.
- 6-10 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Kotlin, TypeScript).
- Familiarity with database concepts and API development.
- Some experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- An understanding of task goals, empathy for the customer, and a receptiveness to feedback are essential for success in this role.
