Recruitment & Staffing:
- Source, recruit, and onboard compassionate caregivers to build a dedicated and reliable care team.
- Play a vital role in team growth, ensuring a roster of caregivers who share our values of empathy and respect.
- Lead caregiver training sessions, offering mentorship and skill-building opportunities to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Help caregivers grow professionally and feel supported in their roles.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- If licensed (RN or LPN), develop and implement customized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Oversee the caregiver schedule, matching caregivers to clients thoughtfully based on skills, needs, and personalities to ensure the best possible fit.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families. Proactively address concerns and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both caregivers and families to maintain satisfaction and open communication.
- Be ready to provide hands-on care when needed, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and companionship, especially during busy periods.
- 5+ years of experience in senior care (personal or professional), with hands-on caregiving experience.
- Supervisory or management experience in the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and other scheduling or management tools.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Must be able to pass background and registry checks.
- A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and a heart for caregiving.
- Office Location: Georgetown, TX (with travel to client homes in the Georgetown area and Bell County as needed)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes rotating on-call responsibilities for evening/weekend coverage)
- Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year (based on experience)
