Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, testing, & analysis of manufacturing processes & equipment.
- Develop & maintain manufacturing documentation, including process sheets & work instructions.
- Conduct research to identify new manufacturing technologies & methods.
- Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Participate in the development & implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of quality control processes & procedures.
- Participate in safety training & adhere to safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.
- Provide support in various projects as needed, which may include drafting reports & presenting findings.
- Participate in problem solving & process improvement teams.
- Assist with inventory & production control.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Technology Engineering
- Basic understanding of engineering principles & manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in teams
