About The Role

As a lean team, Client Champions at Travefy are never a cog in the machine and always own their own work streams, with ample opportunities for learning, development and most importantly – impact.
What You’ll Own
- Provide world-class support to potential and existing customers via email, web-chat, and phone to ensure they have the best possible Travefy experience
- Write FAQs, create videos, or other documentation to help users help themselves when using Travefy
- Collect user feedback, bugs, or other issues to share with the product team
- Experienced Client Champions also provide personal training sessions for users as well as lead group webinars
- Schedule is based on Pacific time zone; 8 am to 5 pm
Must-Haves
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish
- You are a high-energy self-starter with an infectiously positive attitude
- You are a good listener and empathetic to user needs
- You are a problem solver and critical thinker with fantastic professional communication skills
- You love people and thrive on interacting with them across mediums
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator
- You have clear experience in a customer-facing or support role
- You have experience in a SaaS environment or the travel industry
- Competitive cash compensation of $40k to $55k base salary, based on experience
