What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing and sharing daily content that showcases our vehicles, team members, customers, community involvement, and more. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan and maintain a consistent pipeline of engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Responsibilities include:

  • Capture, edit, and post engaging video and static content
  • Attend weekly planning meetings to align content with current marketing goals and OEM initiatives
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, tags, and mentions professionally
  • Help track content performance and identify trends or opportunities
  • Stay current on platform trends in and outside the auto industry
  • Occasionally film at weekend dealership events (short shifts; not frequent)
  • Travel between dealership and filming locations (mileage reimbursed)

The ideal candidate is a creative, outgoing, and resourceful content producer who can bring energy and authenticity to the Titus-Will brand. You’re someone who understands what makes content perform, and you enjoy telling stories through social media.

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • Proven experience growing a social media following (personal or professional)
  • Comfortable being on camera; energetic and friendly presence
  • Experience creating and editing videos for social media and YouTube
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Self-starter with strong time management and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Portfolio of personal or professional social media content (please include links in your application or resume)
  • Graphic Design experience
  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Interest in the automotive industry or auto enthusiast culture
