Description

Inter Miami CF is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Group Sales Manager to lead the Club’s group ticket sales efforts at Chase Stadium and Miami Freedom Park. Leading by driving strategy and execution for group sales programming and theme nights at the soon-to-open Miami Freedom Park. This is a selling manager position responsible for generating group ticket revenue, creating compelling group theme nights, and leading a team of group sales executives. You will play a pivotal role in building scalable group programs, driving new business through outbound sales, and managing a high-performance sales team. The role combines hands-on selling with strategic planning to ensure strong Group attendance, revenue growth, and memorable fan experiences.

The strategic leadership will extend to the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing campaigns aimed at driving demand for group programs, themes and experiences. By aligning sales efforts with organizational goals and market dynamics, delivering unparalleled value and experiences to our group clientele.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of group sales representatives.
  • Set weekly/monthly/seasonal sales goals and coach team members to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and implement a long-term group sales strategy for Miami Freedom Park, including the development of theme nights and innovative programs.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and collaborate with leadership to enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align group ticket strategy with overall ticketing and marketing goals.
  • Manage group inventory and strategically recommend pricing to maximize attendance and revenues.

Programming & Theme Night Development

  • Develop and execute engaging theme nights and group programs to boost attendance and fan engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize impact and ensure top-tier service for group clients across youth soccer, nonprofits, corporate events, and more.

Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Archtics).
  • Generate weekly sales reports, forecasts, and team pacing to present to senior leadership.
  • Attend and support all home matches and key sales events, including Miami Freedom Park Experience Center activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • From 4-6 years of ticket sales experience with a focus on Group sales; prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in outbound selling and driving revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, prior experience mentoring or supporting junior sales staff is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with experience building and activating successful theme nights and group programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present sales material to executives and potential clients with confidence.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Archtics) preferred.
  • Highly proactive, goal oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.?
  • Coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic, high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments/organizations over which you have no formal authority.
  • Experience sports and in the Florida marketplace preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
