We’re seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate bids, collaborate with project teams, and help deliver exceptional results on projects.

We’re seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate bids, collaborate with project teams, and help deliver exceptional results on projects.

- 2+ years commercial construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, bidding process, & cost control
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and scheduling tools
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for diverse commercial construction projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify project needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to align budgets and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing
