AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Community Liaison supporting Forsyth and Davie Counties. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and willingness to travel to locations in the community.

Job Summary

The community liaison is responsible for outreach, customer service, account management and direct marketing to physicians, advanced care practitioners, case managers, social workers, long term care facilities, and community-based organizations. The liaison is accountable for developing referral relationships and ensuring smooth, timely access to AuthoraCare programs and services.

Promotes services through personal and phone contacts, public presentations, and correspondence. Effectively positions AuthoraCare as the preferred partner. Must be able to collaborate and effectively communicate with external customers and other members of the AuthoraCare team. Ability to be self-directed and develop and manage multiple priorities in a given timeframe.

Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills. Ability to develop call plans, strategic contacts, manage key accounts, collaborate with other members of the AuthoraCare team and arrange meetings and presentations with referral partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications.

Requirements

  • Education/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent medical sales experience of a minimum of five years and with 2 years of healthcare experience.
  • RN, LPN, or SW degree is a plus.
  • Three to five years of experience in health care sales or marketing.
  • Experience with home care, hospice, long term care or physician relations preferred.
  • Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
