Position: Behavioral Aide

Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando

Location: Orlando, Florida

Shift: Full-Time - Day (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

Pay: $15 per hour

Are you someone who enjoys being outdoors and has a passion for helping others? Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a dependable and compassionate Behavioral Aide to support our residents during weekend shifts.

This is a great entry-level opportunity—no experience needed! We provide training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sit outside with patients to provide supervision and support
• Promote a safe, calming presence for residents
• Observe and report behavioral concerns to nursing staff
• Engage in friendly conversation and offer emotional reassurance
• Remain comfortable and attentive while outdoors for extended periods
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors for long durations
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
