As a Bridge CAD technician, you will be responsible for supporting structural detailing effort, plan sheet development, and potentially 3D bridge modeling for multi-discipline transportation projects. Projects will include single- and multi-span bridges, complex retaining walls, and require close coordination with Bridge Engineers.

- Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-disciplined to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers
- Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Manage project data files from various sources
- Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely
- Manage workspaces and develop plan sets in ORD, including sheet creation and plan set development
- 2 to 5 years of Computer Aided Drafting experience
- Associates degree or equivalent technical degree
- Knowledge of state DOT standards is a plus, but not required
- Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3-dimensionally
- Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities
- Be a professional, creative, team-focused individual who works well with others in a team environment
- Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-disciplined to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
