What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
  • Craft Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges
  • Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
  • Personally mentor a select group of students, showcasing expert coaching and motivational techniques

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Creating lesson plans – your role focuses on training Guides to excel as facilitators with the aid of adaptive apps
  • Compromising standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is your responsibility
  • Conducting mundane training sessions – you'll lead Guides through lively, interactive, and hands-on development

Educational Consultant Key Responsibilities

Guide and develop a team of educators to implement the Alpha system with exceptional proficiency.

Basic Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training projects.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-achieving teams.
  • Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
  • Skilled in data analysis and utilizing metrics for informed decision-making and ongoing improvement.
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
