Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
- Craft Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges
- Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
- Personally mentor a select group of students, showcasing expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your role focuses on training Guides to excel as facilitators with the aid of adaptive apps
- Compromising standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is your responsibility
- Conducting mundane training sessions – you'll lead Guides through lively, interactive, and hands-on development
Guide and develop a team of educators to implement the Alpha system with exceptional proficiency.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-achieving teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Skilled in data analysis and utilizing metrics for informed decision-making and ongoing improvement.
- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
