Title: QA Specialist III

Location: Milpitas, California

Key Skills

• Knowledge of Quality System Regulations and Standards affecting Medical Devices, specifically 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
• Results oriented and detail oriented
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams across various departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify, escalate, and solve problems
  
  

Key Tasks

• Create and maintain quality policies and procedures, including drafting documentation outlining quality standards and best practices, and regularly updating them to reflect new regulations
• Establish or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across operations
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with quality standards
  
  

Preferred Certifications (Nice To Have)

• Six Sigma Certification or Green Belt Certification
• ASQ Certifications such as Quality Inspector, Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, etc.
• Project Management Certificate

• Proficient in MS Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
