INNOVIM is seeking a Junior-Level Research Scientist Consultant to support NOAA’s Office of Space Weather Observations (SWO) in providing engineering and program management to satellite flight projects, domestic and international partnerships, and data exploitation initiatives.
Location: Greenbelt, MD and on a Hybrid schedule (up to 3 days in office; will match scientist's days)

General Tasks
- Support Sr. Scientist with studies and other tasks
- Conduct surveys; manage research projects from beginning to end, ensuring desired outcomes and deliverables that align with the project goals
- Analyze and interpret data sets, which generate new insights; provide leadership with gaps and emerging needs discovered in research
- Document and analyze findings
- Aid with creation of presentation materials
- Present research findings
- Provide meeting support
- Contribute to creating and/or reviewing documents such as reports and RFPs
- Must have a science-related degree
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office; Google Suite
