Brief Description
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and dedicated Team Lead from 2pm-10:30pm to join us at our beautiful Janesville community. This is a great position for an experienced CNA or Caregiver who is looking to make the next step.
This position along with working as a caregiver and ensuring our residents are getting the care they need will also be helping to grow and develop our caregivers. We are looking for someone experience who can share that with our staff and help lead them. Other duties will be things such as completing 14-30-90 day performance review, assisting with new hire training, will conduct QA audits and helping keep a positive environment. This position does require the candidate to be certified to pass medication.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Lead:
- Oversee the nursing employees work performance
- Help foster a positive environment
- Helping manage our caregiver schedule
- Help complete 14-30-90 day work performance reviews
- Assist with new hire orientation and training
- Mentoring and training our new hires
- Conduct QA audits
- Ensure our staff is receiving ongoing training
Qualifications:
- Desire to help and care for others
- Previous supervisory experience
- Currently a certified med passer
