Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site construction activities for commercial construction projects.
- Develop and manage construction schedules and adjust for unforeseen conditions.
- Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with city inspectors to ensure compliance.
- Enforce job site safety standards and lead daily safety meetings.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless site operations.
- Maintain detailed logs, reports, and project updates using Procore.
- Resolve on-site challenges and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Perform site walkthroughs with clients and address questions professionally.
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or superintendent role.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore required.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and manage schedules and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspections.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
