Your Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a CNA, you’ll provide personal care, monitor resident well-being, and ensure a clean, comfortable, and compassionate environment. You'll be a vital part of a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Take and record vital signs, report health changes to nursing staff
- Ensure residents are positioned comfortably and safely
- Clean and prepare resident rooms (beds, overbed tables, water pitchers)
- Identify residents correctly before administering care or meals
- Respond promptly to call lights and perform routine rounds
- Support nursing staff with additional duties as directed
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
