Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for all clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial functions of the facility.
- Analyze and implement operational improvements to promote efficiency, quality outcomes, and a high standard of resident care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws- maintaining a survey-ready standard at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
- Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.
- Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
