Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Admin to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CIO.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle complex and confidential matters with discretion, is a master of coordination and communication, and oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative and program support activities

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CIO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and greeting visitors.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders on a range of issues, including sensitive and confidential matters.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Maintain department records and databases; manage office files, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting; support planning and operational improvements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports; manage email and document flow for the office.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Lead or coordinate special projects and initiatives to improve departmental efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity in all tasks.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with administrative best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of executive-level administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Experience with SharePoint and document management tools.
