Key Tasks

• Orchestrate the setup and operation of multi-axis CNC milling machines.
• Decipher and transform blueprints into tangible products with pinpoint accuracy.
• Fine-tune machines with tool changes and calibration for top-notch production.
• Oversee machine functionality, ensuring premium performance and quality results.
• Execute routine maintenance and solve technical issues on CNC mills.
• Partner with colleagues to enhance process efficiency and production flow.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years as a CNC Operator, ideally within the Aerospace sector.
• Expertise in setting up machines for efficient production runs.
• Proficiency in understanding technical documents and schematics.
• Familiarity with CNC software and operational protocols.
• Precision, analytical skills, and an eye for detail are paramount.
• Effective communicator ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
• High school diploma required; extra qualifications welcome.
