As a Talent Development Business Partner on the People Services team, a typical day for you will include:
- Assessing and defining a process to manage the administration of leadership assessments (e.g. Hogan, Korn Ferry, Clifton Strengths, DiSC) to support executive and high-potential development.
- Designing and implementing a scalable, enterprise-wide 360° leadership feedback program, including tool selection, communications, facilitation, and coaching integration across various leadership levels.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and external coaches to deliver assessments or 360 results, embedding career development into various performance or engagement processes.
- Building and maintaining a career development planning framework that empowers associates and managers to drive individual growth paths.

- Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, or leadership development.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of leadership assessment tools and 360 platforms
- Experience facilitating succession planning and talent review discussions with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Certified in one or more leadership or personality assessments preferred (e.g. Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC)
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; 3 days in office, 2 days teleworking
- Our office locations are:
- 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx
- 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
- Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
