About the Role:

As a People Operations Coordinator at our Scottsdale HQ, you will use your expertise to keep applicant tracking, onboarding, and learning programs running smoothly and accurately. You’ll be a go-to resource—ensuring our HR records, documentation, and workflows are current, compliant, and meticulously maintained. The position also involves supporting general HR admin, helping with logistics for events and visitors, and maintaining well-organized workspaces.

What You’ll Do:

•Master the Details: Manage applicant tracking systems, training records, and documentation with a meticulous eye for accuracy and completeness.

•Optimize Processes: Monitor systems and suggest process improvements so our People team can work smarter and deliver better results.

•Deliver Reliable Support: Prepare and maintain onboarding paperwork, coordinate learning sessions, and assemble resources so team members never miss a beat.

•Keep Operations Consistent: Support reception and office spaces, ensuring everything functions smoothly behind the scenes.

•Document and Track: Maintain organized records and provide tracking for key HR data, reports, and compliance needs.

Qualifications:

•Recent college grad or up to 2 years of experience in admin, HR, recruiting, or office operations.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and fast to learn new platforms.

•Proven ability to follow procedures, manage records, and track progress.

•Comfortable taking direction while also looking for ways to improve processes.
