Overview

VisualVault is a Global Enterprise SaaS platform that provides high volume, multi-tenant, business process automation.

The Client Success Manager is the responsible for the success of VisualVault clients by being a trusted advisor and working with the client through every stage of their relationship with VisualVault.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the client onboarding process, transitioning from implementation to long-term care.
  • Drive adoption and best-practices for clients.
  • Ensure client retention through proactive client service and continuously demonstrating the value of VisualVault.
  • Seek out opportunities to grow our relationship and revenue with the client through new services and expanding into new areas of the client’s business.
  • Provide guidance to the technical support team to ensure an understanding of the client’s business and objectives.
  • Deliver product and enhancement updates, relating them to the client’s business.
  • Represent the voice of the client during product roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in the client success program design and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • An understanding of client success metrics important to a SaaS business.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • The right attitude for delivering amazing service.

Good to have

  • Experience as a Client Success Manager in a SaaS business
  • Experience building or improving a Client Success program
