The Client Success Manager is the responsible for the success of VisualVault clients by being a trusted advisor and working with the client through every stage of their relationship with VisualVault.

The Client Success Manager is the responsible for the success of VisualVault clients by being a trusted advisor and working with the client through every stage of their relationship with VisualVault.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client onboarding process, transitioning from implementation to long-term care.
- Drive adoption and best-practices for clients.
- Ensure client retention through proactive client service and continuously demonstrating the value of VisualVault.
- Seek out opportunities to grow our relationship and revenue with the client through new services and expanding into new areas of the client’s business.
- Provide guidance to the technical support team to ensure an understanding of the client’s business and objectives.
- Deliver product and enhancement updates, relating them to the client’s business.
- Represent the voice of the client during product roadmap discussions.
- Participate in the client success program design and ongoing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- An understanding of client success metrics important to a SaaS business.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- The right attitude for delivering amazing service.
- Experience as a Client Success Manager in a SaaS business
- Experience building or improving a Client Success program
