Position Overview

Stanley Sports Supply, Florida’s trusted name in fishing and outdoor gear distribution since 1960, is expanding fast—and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our distribution center. This is your chance to build and mentor a team, organize processes, and take ownership of warehouse excellence in a company built on integrity, energy, and a love for the outdoors.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
  • Supervise, motivate, and train warehouse staff—fostering a positive, productive team culture
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and implement procedures for tracking and storage
  • Oversee inbound deliveries and coordinate timely, efficient receiving processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility that meets OSHA standards
  • Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time using warehouse management tools

Requirements

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • A strong, hands-on leadership style and solid interpersonal skills
  • Experience with inventory control systems and receiving processes (a plus!)
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to keep a fast-paced environment running smoothly
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Lead by example
