Job Responsibilities
The Technical Implementation Analyst is responsible for successfully configuring and implementing technical products for new clients, including Time & Attendance, General Ledger setup and integrations, and Time Off policies. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to ensure each implementation is completed on time and meets the client’s requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of PEO operations, along with knowledge of PrismHR systems and products, to analyze data, provide effective solutions, and ensure accurate setup of all configurations all while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Specific Job Expectations include

Specific Job Expectations include
- Configure Time & Attendance, Time Off, and General Ledger policies for new clients based on project scope and requirements.
- Interpret client policies and data to create customized solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering clear, timely status updates to both internal and external partners.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of client configurations, actionable items, and project timelines.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our technical products and reporting tools.
- Develop reports and data exports to support client-specific configurations and system integrations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align deliverables and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot implementation issues, leveraging product expertise and data analysis to recommend solutions.
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project deadlines, set up accuracy, and effective communication.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach with clients and teammates
- Accuracy of work and punctual per any assigned schedule
- Timely completion of all administrative duties for timesheets and expense reports, as applicable
- Partners with all internal departments to help improve client retention
- Fosters an inclusive environment and collaborative approach with teammates

- Experience with PrismHR systems is a plus — especially an understanding of how labor levels, general ledgers, and time-off policies are set up.
- Understanding of Time & Attendance systems and Time-Off policy structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to review data, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and report writing.
- Ability to conduct live trainings and comfortably support clients during implementation.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, documentation, and client satisfaction.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Ability to manage expectations, reset timelines as needed, and communicate progress effectively.
