Job Description

  • Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST
  • Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
  • Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
  • Perform disassembly and assembly of parts and components on critical machine.
  • Can work in tight, loud and/or high environment.
  • Will be working with Dry Pumps, Vacuum Systems, Respirators, etc.
  • Completing maintenance/repair of equipment, working on water cooling systems.
  • Trouble Shooting maintenance 20%
  • Hard Labor 60%
  • Computer-Logging information 10%

Qualifications

  • Have basic understanding of physic.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical related work.
  • Can understand English is a must.
  • Not afraid of Heights, tight spaces and Dirty environment.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Electrical/Mechanical experience.
  • Bilingual in either Chinese or Vietnamese a plus but not required
  • HVAC experience will be ideal.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
