Key Responsibilities
- Support Benefits Account Managers during peak periods and absences
- Handle client requests, changes, and update census data in quoting systems (Ease, Applied EPIC, Health Connect)
- Order ID cards and assist with provider searches
- Manage day-to-day communications with clients regarding coverage, claims, and policy information
- Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system
- Work closely with producers, teammates, and leadership to ensure exceptional service
- Stay updated on compliance regulations and industry trends
- Perform additional administrative and client support duties as needed
- Required Licenses:
- California Life Insurance License
- California Accident & Health or Sickness Insurance License
- 1–2 years of experience in employee benefits
- Experience with Applied EPIC, Ease, and Health Connect preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to commute to our Redlands, CA office
