Essential Duties Of This Opportunity
- Provide support for AR/AP functions: along with support the sales, service and parts departments
- Post monthly safety meetings and material
- Process bi/weekly credit card transactions for Fuelman. VISA & CLC
- Disperse and batch vendor invoices
- Generate and post job files
- Process customer insurance certificates
- Process new hires by working in conjunction with Human Resources division
- Assist with project management, service work orders, review timesheets, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements, etc
- Manage customer account statements and aging report. Provide assistance with answering of the phones as needed. Assist with DOT & IFTA records keeping
- Reports to Dealership Manager

- Monday thru Friday work week, with weekends off

- Financial skills in assisting the Team in compiling success metrics.
- Telephone, Computer Software data entry, and compilation skills.
- Must type at least 45 words per minute.
