Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with travel and meeting coordination.
