Customer Service
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class level of customer service to teammates and scheels.com customers
- Strong grasp of Scheels OMS functions and reporting
- Learning basic EDI documentation and managing/understanding backend software structures
- High-level attention to detail and regular input for accurate product data
- Garnerning vendor support for all brand/products assets from images, to copy, to product
- Daily monitoring of vendor/brand marketing efforts to support competitive pricing for Scheels, and understanding/supporting the invoice process
- Execute projects to routinely complete the task ahead of schedule, and update over an system’s lifespan
- Understanding of scheels.com order fulfillment processes and logistics/supply chain systems
- Learn the ability to be organized and seamlessly handle several projects and tasks and work at “the Scheels pace”
- Ability to work independently and with the team, becoming more and more self-managed
- Strong initiative for continuous improvement
Customer Service

- Demonstrate pride and ownership of their work while meeting expected deadlines
- Ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
- Retail experience is beneficial, but not required
