Medical Director – Northside Emergency Pet Clinic – Westminster, CO
Northside Emergency Pet Clinic (NEPC) is expanding our leadership team! We are a fast-paced, upbeat 24/7 emergency veterinary clinic with an excellent support staff and a highly collaborative environment. Our team genuinely enjoys working together, and it shows: three of our six DVMs have been with NEPC for over 10 years, and many of our support staff members have been with us for 5+ years.
We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead our hospital team and uphold our commitment to exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a well-established ER clinic and mentor a team of both experienced and newer emergency veterinarians.
What You’ll Do:
We are committed to delivering top-tier emergency care while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Full-time DVMs, including the Medical Director, typically work 11–13 shifts per month on a set rotation, including a 5–7 day break every four weeks. You’ll also enjoy at least two weekends off per month, with an equitable share of day, night, and holiday shifts.
