We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the nonprofit sector, and will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR management experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and policy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
