Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for selling Limber’s suite of products to provider practices in the rehabilitation industry with a focus on physical and occupational therapy practices. This role is designed for a motivated and results-driven individual who excels in blending industry expertise with sales acumen.

Compensation
Compensation Structure: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, including commissions

Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for selling Limber’s suite of products to provider practices in the rehabilitation industry with a focus on physical and occupational therapy practices. This role is designed for a motivated and results-driven individual who excels in blending industry expertise with sales acumen.
Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding identified sales quotas
- Attending conferences and participating in sales and marketing activities with the goal of generating new customer leads
- Handle correspondence for prospects and existing customers while maintaining relationships, providing superior service, and supplying information and support regarding products
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer client questions using deep product and industry knowledge
- Prepare and send quotes and product informationInitiate and follow through on customer contracting and renewals
- Manage the sales process using the CRM and other sales tools
- Assist with the creation and development of sales content
- Contribute to sales forecasting and translation to revenue goals for financial modeling
- Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Client Success, and Product departments
- Stay current with relevant industry trends with a focus on improving care for rehabilitation and musculoskeletal patients
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience and/or 2+ years of clinical or client-facing experience in a healthcare setting
- Bonus: Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while remaining highly accountable
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
- Highly motivated by performance and commission-based earning structures
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in real time
- Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
- General business acumen
- Familiarity with musculoskeletal care delivery, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms a plus
- Comfortable with periodic travel
